Orders and shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from our UK base.

How much is delivery?
UK delivery is £5.95. International delivery is a flat £45. Estimated delivery is 1 to 2 business days in the UK and 2 to 3 business days worldwide.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same day, Monday to Friday. Orders after 12pm or at weekends go out the next business day.

Will I have to pay customs or duties?
No. Sauvryn covers all customs duties and import taxes on international orders, so there is nothing extra to pay when your order arrives.

How do I track my order?
You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Sizing and fit

How do I find my size?
Each designer sizes differently, so we have a dedicated size guide organised by designer. Every product page also carries its own size chart and fit notes.

Returns and exchanges

What is your returns policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to return a piece. We lead with an exchange where stock allows, or store credit, and a refund is available within the window if you would prefer one. Tags must still be attached. Full details are on our returns and exchanges page.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We lead with exchange or store credit because each drop is limited, but you can request a refund within the 14 day window. Faulty or incorrect items are always put right with a replacement or refund.

Who pays for return postage?
Return postage is covered by the customer, unless your item is faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it.

Our drops

Will sold out pieces come back?
Our drops are limited and we do not restock. When a piece is gone, it is gone. Join the list to shop the next drop first.
