Orders and shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from our UK base.

How much is delivery?
UK delivery is £5.95. International delivery is a flat £25, and free on orders over £120. Estimated delivery is 1 to 2 business days in the UK and 2 to 3 business days worldwide.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same day, Monday to Friday. Orders after 12pm or at weekends go out the next business day.

Will I have to pay customs or duties?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. Charges vary by destination and are set by your local customs authority.

How do I track my order?
You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Sizing and fit

How do I find my size?
Each designer sizes differently, so we have a dedicated size guide organised by designer. Every product page also carries its own size chart and fit notes.

Returns and exchanges

What is your returns policy?
All sale pieces are final, no returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind. Faulty or incorrect items are the exception and will always be put right. Full details are on our returns and exchanges page.

Do you offer refunds?
Our sale items are final, so we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. Faulty or incorrect items are always put right with a replacement or refund.

Who pays for return postage?
Return postage is covered by the customer, unless your item is faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it.

Our drops

Will sold out pieces come back?
Our drops are limited and we do not restock. When a piece is gone, it is gone. Join the list to shop the next drop first.
