Returns & Exchanges
Our first drop is produced in small, limited quantities, so we primarily offer exchange and store credit, with refunds available where applicable.
Your window
Returns must be started within 14 days of your order being delivered.
Your options
- Exchange for another size or piece, where stock allows
- Store credit to use whenever you are ready
- A refund, which we will honour within the 14 day window if you would prefer one
Condition
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags still attached. Returns that arrive outside these conditions cannot be accepted.
Return postage
Return postage is covered by the customer. If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, we will cover the postage and make it right with a replacement or refund.
How to start a return
Email Sauvrynofficial@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the piece you would like to return, and our team will guide you through the next steps.
