Our first drop is produced in small, limited quantities, so we primarily offer exchange and store credit.

Sale is final

All sale pieces are final, no returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind. Please check the size guide before ordering. Faulty or incorrect items will always be put right.

Your window

Returns must be started within 14 days of your order being delivered.

• Exchange for another size or piece, where stock allows
• Store credit to use whenever you are ready

Condition

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags still attached. Returns that arrive outside these conditions cannot be accepted.

Return postage

Return postage is covered by the customer.

How to start a return

Email Sauvrynofficial@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the piece you would like to return, and our team will guide you through the next steps. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.
